You will be drawn to the crystal your energy seeks by different elements of it. Sometimes the color or shape will draw you in, or maybe something in the description speaks to you. Let your feelings and thoughts guide your experience.
DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE CRYSTAL PARTIES?
Yes! If you live in the Nashville, TN area, we are available for pop-up markets, festivals, fairs, private crystal parties and crystal classes. Please send a message through our contact page or email us crystalsandclarity.nashville@gmail.com with information about your party or event, location, desired timeframe and number of guests/participants and we'll reach back out as soon as possible.
ARE YOUR CRYSTAL CLARITY CARDS™ FOR SALE?
Our CRYSTAL CLARITY CARDS™ are included with each crystal purchased. If you wish to purchase additional CRYSTAL CLARITY CARDS™, we can sell them separately as well. Just let us know!
ARE YOUR CRYSTALS REAL?
Yes! Each of our crystals are conscientiously sourced and hand picked from trusted suppliers. Because transparency is of the highest importance, if we sell a heat treated, dyed or man-made stone, we will clearly note it in the description section (ex: Opalite, Blue Goldstone, Titanium Rainbow Quartz, Aura Coating, etc.).
We are always researching new suppliers that fit our requirements for being as ethical and transparent as possible.
DO CRYSTALS REALLY WORK? I’M SKEPTICAL.
Everything is energy. We are all energy. Energy is all around us and not just the electricity running through our walls. Crystals have energy too. We believe in the energetic, spiritual and physical benefits of crystals, which have been used by cultures around the world, for thousands of years. We will not tell you what to believe, but we share what we have learned. You are free to see what you experience. We do not advise that you use this information to replace medical/mental health treatment or advice. All crystal healing uses and metaphysical symbolism are provided for educational purposes, and do not imply a guarantee of efficacy. As we say, Be a Badass, Not a Dumbass!

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM JEWELRY?
YES! We make custom 6mm, 8mm and 10mm bracelets. You select the desired intention (Breaking Cycles, Creativity, Love, etc.) of the bracelet and we use crystal beads that energetically align with your request. You then will select the size of bracelet (6”, 6.5”, up to 9.5"). If your wrist size needs a bracelet larger than 9.5,” please reach out to us via our contact page, DM on Instagram or TikTok @crystals.and.clarity, or email us crystalsandclarity.nashville@gmail.com. When you're ready to check-out with your custom bracelet, feel free to leave us a note in the check-out section, with any additional information (ex: if this a gift or if you do not want accent beads included, etc.).
HOW OFTEN DO YOU GET NEW CRYSTALS? I AM LOOKING FOR SOMETHING THAT IS OUT OF STOCK.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay & Google Pay.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
International shipping is currently NOT available.
WHEN DOES MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders usually take 2-4 business days to ship once your order is placed. All custom bracelets ship within 7-business days. If other items are purchased with your custom bracelet/s, they will ship together upon the completion of your bracelet/s.
Typical transit time with USPS is 2-7 days depending on your location & UPS ground is typically 5-7 days, unless expedited shipping has been selected. You may elect to use a different carrier for further shipping options at the time of check-out. Please note, delivery times may be affected by weather and/or holidays.
Once the order leaves our hands, we have the same tracking information as the customer and are not responsible for delays which may occur due to the carrier.

MY ORDER SAYS LABEL CREATED, BUT HAS NOT MOVED.
Once a label in our system has been printed, your order is ready to be shipped and our system automatically emails you your tracking information. Carriers may experience delays updating the tracking information. If you need your package guaranteed by a specific day, we recommend using expedited shipping options at check-out. Please keep in mind, the arrival of your order is subject to the 3rd party shipping service.
MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR SAYS IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND IT HAS NOT.
Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information. Unfortunately, we have no further control or information about your package once it has left our hands.
RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGE
If your package has been return to sender (us) due to entering the address incorrectly at checkout, we will reach out to you with the information provided at checkout. The customer is responsible for a new shipping charge to resend the package.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the unique, handmade and fragile nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is processed, we cannot cancel an order.
